God, I feel like a religious type who has just found out the devil is in charge after all. A very big thing to get me head round. And it was from a relatively truthful newspaper, if it was The Sun I would just think "Usual bollox"

Today

So me and Ed were sat here talking s'morning when there was a knock on the door. It was this Toby chap trying to put the day in, he had gone to bed about 8pm yesterday and woke up about 6.30 s'morning but he got up and was trying to get back into a pattern of appropriate sleep. We took him to Co-op and had a look round and bought him some food to take home.

He seemed well and cheerful so....
