Walkies

And we felt obliged to head into Carmarthen for a walk around today. Parked on the end of Lammas St, headed in thro town past the market, up past Iechyd Da, along King St and back down

Right Hand

So s'morning I was peeling a Butternut Squash, which is very big and difficult to peel.

And I managed/just did habitually to peel it all with my right hand. It now seems that it is the first hand I use to hold the peeler in, loads has changed in the last couple of months

AND it was delicious too!!!!

Kitchen Business

So I will sit here for half an hour to let the kitchen floor dry then it's off to cook the weeks food again

Well it's ¾ done, all veg peeled & chopped and cooking, all herbs added, all garlic etc but I need to add some lentils etc and cook it for ages
