Out & About (again)

So we went out for walkies in Carmarthen again tonight. Parked up on Llamas St, walked uphill past the old council block, along King St, down the little side street just before the library, turned left and walked along looking at the back of all the shops.

Well I popped out s'morning and watered the veg. Lordy but it is growing fast. And the tommy-toe plants are starting to flower which will lead to tommy-toes growing and half the rest of the veg have started growing edible veg, peppers, sprouts.....

Hooray for swimming

So it is an early lunch as we are going to the 'pool for a swimming class s'afternoon.

Well that wasn't as intense as Monday's but I am still glad when it's over. But I did say to the instructor lady that I noticed today that I wasn't having to hold on at all, my balance is getting better week after week
