So after she left I was pushed for time. So I went to bed with no bath, napped, got up and went to the Dr's about my armpits then came back and felt that I'd better have a bath today as my armpits are so wonky, so we did have a late but delicious dinner

Right. The Docs. So we explained, asked for stronger cream, she said "No, that is the strongest", suggested antibiotics, had a close look at my 'pits and after looking at he right one, the worst, she said "Yes, it is all infected, you need antibiotics" and gave me one I don't recall ever having before, it is obviously specialising in this kind of infection. But after looking at the instructions and looking online it is not a killer to have a few pints one night next week

So we had a quiet morning then didn't go to class as the physio lady was coming to see me. She listened to my issues then tried a different position for the FES. We went off walked up the street to test it and walked back. She told Mike loadsa stuff that "the staff" need to know about positioning, then was really impressed with how my foot/leg position was so hopefully if I can repeat that... Then we took 3 or 4 photos which I will send to "the staff" later..... after my nap then after my trip to the Dr's about the rash in my armpits...
