Shop

On the way back from Gym we called into Morrison's so Ed could buy some lunch and while we were there I asked Ed what other ingredients they sold there that could turn a stir fry into a meal, not just a "Stir Fry". And they have loadsa goods on Aisle 1 to turn it into curry or pasta sauce. We didn't buy any today but I think tomorrow I will take SlimTimmy and have an explore. Buy a couple of ingredients and a couple of stir fries which have a best b4 of 3 or 4 days usually

It sounds like I am being mean and not cooking for Ed but we had a delicious meal last night, "proper" cooking

And it went quite well. Although it was too busy in the cycling room for me to go thru, I had to stay in the classrom and get stuck in. But at one point I was doing 'step forward' exercises, I expected the one 'step forward with your right leg' to be hardest but that was OK, relatively easy. However when I stepped forward with my left leg I could feel my right leg trying to turn over onto it's side
