And I noticed today that when I had to take my shirt off to have some cream on that this used to really piss me off when I was wearing a shirt with buttons, it was too difficult and used to really p*ss me off, but nowadays as a) my hands have got stronger, more directable, b) my buttoning technique has improved, it doesn't p*ss me off so much nowadays, I just do it

And we need to just go to the pool today and do my normal exercises as Aqua Aerobics is off for a fortnight over the school holidays
