Not Weekend Yet

NO Neil, it is not the weekend yet. Just because you had to pick up the veg and go to Morrison's s'morning, it is not the weekend yet. You need to go to a gym glass tomorrow

New Habit

And as I did my washing today I think I can safely say that I have got a new habit of drying it

Rowing

And I got on the rowing machine at gym today and did my 3.25km before coming home for lunch. For whatever reason I just couldn't go as fast as I managed last week.

Thursday Business Ritual

So (sigh)..... it is the Thursday Getting Food Ritual again. First of all Timmy will take me to Iechyd Da where they drop off my box of organic goodness then it is off to (More Reason To Shop At) Morrisons to fetch the milk etc, the rest of my weeks shopping
