Off Out in a few

And we are heading out to Caffi Iechyd Da for a come all ye Folk Night so relatively excited

And it was rather impressive, loadsa players etc, a good night

Gym

Then we headed to gym and I did so minutes on a walking machine, at 2km/h and 2 degrees uphill.

Then after we went there we headed to Morrisons where I bought the rest of my weeks shopping, then back home for a late lunch as Timmy was panicking about having too much on my diary for tonight, back to Iechyd Da for a folk night

So today I have gotta go to Iechyd Da and pick up my first organic box from C&M Organics, they deliver it there then I pay them

Lordy, we were on the way there when I panicked, said "No, not Iechyd Da they must mean Waverley Stores" So we turned back, went to the other health food shop and asked for my delivery they said "What?". So we bought sum muesli there and tried Iechy Da again, yes, my veg box was waiting

And I had to half close the curtain s'morning as it was shining sunlight into my eye when I was sat in the living room....
