As I was trying to find an excuse not to go swimming today I was
very glad when Timmy said "Oh bother, as my missus put the bag in't car s'morning I have no swimming stuff"
I am slightly perplexed as we have to go to hospital quite early tomorrow (so no gym) as I am gonna have 'short syncathen test' to test my adrenal gland etc
