The day after I posted summat about online advances I read in the paper today about how Drs might be able to let you grow older etc

And I spent a quiet afternoon sniffing and coughing. Hooray.

But I do feel slightly better now after 1 day of Echinacea so hopefully it is doing me some good

Medicine

So we popped into town s'morning to pick up some Echinacea medicine to make my cold feel better. As I had already said I was too poorly for Gym we headed off around town for a therapeutic walk.

Now it did occur to me on the way to the 'Healthy Items' shop that I could probably bought it cheaper online but it was the delivery delay that put me off. I only decided to fetch medicine s'morning and the 48 hour delivery timeslot makes me feel a bit too poorly for Xmas
