Out For Dinner

And we are going out tonight to a Quiz And Curry Night organized by the West Wales Everything Group

Off To Hospital

So we are off to hospital for a blood test whenever they can fit me in s'morning.

Hooray

And we did that, didn't take too long. Even if we had to park a bit away and use the steep stairs to get there and back

Then on the way back we called in @gym and I got stuck into pedalling for miles

Bother. I pedalled for 3.25km and said "Right, lets go now" and he said "No, carry on, do the rest" as apparently on Thursday I row for 3.25km but Tuesday's I pedal for 10km. Only 5.5 to go now
