So I think my memory is improving. So I have got my inhaler chart to mark down when I have taken some, but I have noticed that my memory is correct every time I take it out, I can tell you whether or not I have had my inhaler eg tonight

Oops, Timmy was a bit puzzled at the sight of me beginning to put my FES on tonight. "Ah" he said "Aardvark!"

And there is was at about 6pm when we arrived tonight, everything was ready and waiting...

Biking

So we headed over to gym today with a prepared drink of water because I was cycling long distance today. It took me 55 minutes to do my 10km, it used to take me over an hour
