And because Timmy wasn't working today I got to make my na'an bread which I purchased today into Pizza for tea. As the na'an bread were a bit larger I didn't cook too many chips with it.

And as they have had to change the rota a bit it is not Timmy coming to Iechyd Da to pick up my veg today!!!!!! It is GGtGG's duty today......

Well we did it. To Iechyd Da, parked on King St on the furthest away space, walked down and back to the car.

Then we popped to Morrison's got most of the stuff but had to nip to Tesco too for two items

THEN we went to gym before lunch and I did 3.25km of rowing machine, this is the device that I got confused about earlier in the week when I jumped off the bike early after 3km
