Then before lunch we headed to gym where I did my usual Thursday trick of 3.25 km on the stationary bike

It was impressively fast today, no one came past that I could speak to so I just got stuck in and did it AQAP

Busy Thursday

So we have the usual Thursday AM "getting Shopping" things to do

And didn't it go well. Up to King St first, got the closest parking space to Iechyd Da, went in, said "Where is it?" and before they could reply someone followed us in with some boxes of veg

Then we popped onto Morrisons where again I just had a minimum to buy

Because in my head the thing they fit to my leg was called a Fucking Electrical...... and I thought "That can't be right!!"
