So today we had a conference (Me & Timmy) and decided that I shouldn't go swimming until my armpit rash is a bit better. So we went to gym today, I did 10 minutes on a rowing machine, 10 mins on a treadmill, on an upward incline, then 5 minutes on a new, to me, machine a Cross Trainer which is kind of like a walking machine but each foot goes backwards and forwards in a kind of sideways motion. I finished my time etc but wasn't happy, it felt as if my leg was trying to turn my foot sideways without the leg, IFSWIM
