Aqua Aerobics

So it's an early lunch today so I have time to digest my lunch before swimming s'afternoon

Well it went as well as can be expected. I do seem to be more able to stand on my right foot and lift the left foot off the floor to do various exercises than I was previously

Shaving

So I had a shave s'morning. Then half an hour later I stroked my face and realised that I had shaved each side, the bottom, around my mouth but I had forgotten to do my upper lip

No Neil, you are not to grow a moustache.

Shaved it off now

And a chap in a van came to the door s'morning with an enormous box of gloves for the staff to wear while creaming me etc

So an article about criminal investigator made me think "Oh, I can do that but a bit more uncriminaly" hence taking these, to figure it out etc
