And for dinner tonight we had summat with Sweet Potato Oven Chips because as I was away at the weekend I didn't get a delivery of veg, so no boiled potato for half a week so far

Question From Freya

And Freya said yesterday that her first memory on me was when she was about 4, we were in town, she had no coat on and was chilly. So I gave her my much too big for her jumper to wear. She did wear it and said "Aren't you cold?". I said little-uns are more important, us big chaps are warm enough.

I said "Gosh, half remembering, was that on Merlin's Walk?" she said "YES". WTF, my memories are in there, just access is the problem, when reminded..... I have no conscious memories of Merlin's Walk before my accident but it is obviously in my memory somewhere

Long Way Home

And we were in the car for 4 hours yesterday and I didn't need to stop for a pee until I got home. And I had lots of juice etc when away so my fluids were still up, just my bladder is getting so much better, more effective

Where's My Weekend Gone

And I haven't had my usual sitting round getting bored^h^h^hsorry, relaxing weekend as we were away being active from Sat. am to Sunday night. And I am back to going swimming today.

HOO-FSCKING-RAY etc

OK, I dunno if I am just getting fitter or better at swimming or whatever but I don't seem to want to cry as much during it. I wouldn't say I enjoy it but it is less unpleasant than it was before. AND I managed 2 breadths hopping on my right foot, just that touching the floor. Again for the first time in how many years?

Constipation

And I had a sh*t s'morning as usual. Most mornings (Well, nearly every one) I have a sh*t straight after breakfast. But today's pooh was only about 11 hours after the last. I had to try 5 times, yes 5, yesterday before my bowels would empty

Much relieved last night when it finally came.....
