Tonight

So tonight we are off to the Game For A Laugh meeting of lonely folk from around Carmarthen. Dunno, see how it goes....

OK, worth while. We played a game, chatted loads, just generally behaved like people. Yes, I will be there again. But one of the women noticed me. She said "So you are a charmer are you?" or words to that effect

A Swimming We Will Go.....

Unfortunately, we are on the Aqua Aerobics list in an hour or so......

And wasn't it fun. Afterwards when I went up to 'her' to complain about some issue of my illness that had been brought to my attention by her exercises she did comment that I am getting both better at the class and braver in my 'trying it out'

Mohawk

And I had to have a haircut today, as we had cut my mohawk so short last time it was beginning to be indistinguishable, and I won't need bath immediately as I will be in the swimming pool in a couple of hours
