And then I had dinner with that Freya and it went well, our relationship seems to be getting better week by week. Some of it is her behaving better but also my grumpinedd/temper/stroppiness is improving and she appreciates that. (noisy link)

So Paul came in s'morning, gossiped for a bit while my hangover from last night went away then we went to the swimming pool in Carmarthen that I have paid for with gym. It was strange, obviously I am getting better as even I could see it there
