Nearly 4 Days

In the morning it will be 4 days until I head off to Belfast

And tonight MM put my FES on about 4 o'clock as we were out, I didn't ask him to take it off again 'til 11 PM. It just feels slightly better in some aspect....

And MM suggested that we do try swimming today even tho the class for Wednesday is not happening this week, he can be in charge.....

And we went and had such fun. On the way in we met the instructor from the class and she came in the pool with us and asked a few questions etc so she now has more of a clue about me specifically.  When she left MM was being a "cruel instructor" but I did do another width with no floats on etc
