And because we needed more salad(1) this morning we nipped to Morrison's. Got there, in thru the front door in my wheelchair,
stood up and walked to all ends of the shop, walked back to the till and finally sat in my wheelchair then. The whole shopping trip done on my own two feet
(1) Proper green salad now, not the mayonaisey fattening stuff I have been eating for some months. So for lunch now I have a little green salad and 1 piece of toast, hopefully I will loose weight
