So I was taken into town earlier for shopping which didn't work in the end "We went shopping, couldn't find any boots in accessible Carmarthen shop, as I was on foot, no wheelchair involved, went online and bought some"

So no wheelchair went to town in a lift. Much too scary

So first of all I went to the Priory Day Hospital for my morning session. As I had an appointment elsewhere in the West Wales General Hospital, at the Surgical Appliances Department, and they told me to buy boots and take the right one in next week

Which I did. We went shopping, couldn't find any boots in accessible Carmarthen shop, as I was on foot, no wheelchair involved, went online and bought some. It was easy to spend that much cash if it's only virtual

So it's not just me whose a bit panicky about the new technology

Today I was out. When I came back I set off going up the hill in my chair as usual. Today I made it to the top going straight forward because my right hand joined in

And I went to Priory Day Hospital, it was strange but I did in. Back on Friday, in my wheel-chair because afterwards I have an appointment at the Surgical Appliances Department

And it was strange being back here, having finished, and finished lunch, and got back here already, by 12.25

And amongst my "looking for stuff" today I looked in a box. Good lord, biscuits..... mmmmm

And my visitor arrived this afternoon, but she is bored, what shall we do?

And we ate a delicious curry that I made for tonight, mmmm

And I am walking everywhere today....

Stopped now when Freya arrived as I am cooking etc

But now I will remain in my wheelchair have breakfast etc as then at 10.00AM my taxi is taking me way, without my 'chair

Well I got up s'morning", walked into the kitchen, "had brekky"....... and was at home anyway.

Well I got up s'morning, had brekky, went to the shop, did my weeks shopping and came home

I made my lunch etc from my feet, went to the loo again with no stick

3.45PM, still walkies

So it's 4PM now and I am sitting in my wheelchair. Dunno why, it just felt better
