Veggieburger

So we stopped at McD's on the way home as I am too knackered/hungry to cook, they were fairly buzy so they were able to just hand Paul his burger. But veggieburgers are a bit more unpopular, so we sat down until she brought it over as it finished cooking

2 antibiotics

So all went well today until 'bout 4pm when Paul went to put sum creme on my leg like he had dun s'morning and he said "Lord, it's well swollen now, to A&E" so now I have 2 tablets of antibiotics to take for a week

Mega Shopping

So we nipped out to proper shops and bought me some ankle weights, my staff some anti-b handwash, some gloves etc etc

And Paul said "Don't write to your BLOG and say 'Im having a p**h' when u r in the loo s'morning" so I won't

Choking

And last night I ate a snack bar (Yes, dieting!!!) and obviously didn't chew one piece up properly, it stuck in my throat, and I coughed (made enough choking sounds to make Dicky come running) for about 20 minutes. This wouldn't have occurred before my accident but as I couldn't breathe then and they operated on my throat(1) obviously summat isn't right. Don't think it can get any better, just be careful with each and every mouthful for the rest of my days

Dinner

And we had Neil's naan bread pizza's for dinner and I think I am becoming obsessed with them, I now think they are nicer than "proper" pizza

Infections

And now I am prone to getting infections in my f**king leg, the one that was swelling up before, apparently I need to be really careful, a slight cut on there=infection, most of the time

And I went to the Drs. today, he gave me new anti-whetever cream to put on it and no antibiotics because I said "It is better than yesterday so I don't want/need any"

So gord knows.

Well after my bath we put some "normal" creme over most of my leg and new cream over the wounded area

Then Sara the physio came in s'morning and did loads of exercises walking properly not to one side and catching etc

Tonite (redun now)

And tonight, as recommended by Freya, we are going to see Attila The Stockbroker in Carmarthen

And a good time was had by all. Freya insisted I didn't also buy a T-shirt but it was excellent, so I think I may be buying some albums soon....

Swimmingless

And I can't go swimming today (the one we cancelled the gym for) as I have got a swelling on my leg, where it was cut cycling t'other day. Hopefully it will go down with Germolene on it and I won't need the doctors

BBCCBBWW

Then s'morning I Skyped with Denyse for an hour, she is trying to make me positive in "Who am I" and we made such great progress

Pantydderwen

Then me and Ed nipped up the street to my local pub where I had 2 pints.

BUT tonight I was able to climb up the 3 steps into the pub using my right foot to push me up, this is such a recent thing, I like it

Direct Debit

And today I looked and found details of the new direct debit to pay cash from petty cash to me for feeding my staff. Today I just looked and there is was, 4 seconds work to find it. So the previous 3 occasions when I have been looking for it and failed, dunno, I must have been checking the wrong account or summat

Dinner

And for dinner tonight we had veggie burgers, chips and beans. I really liked the burgers, next week I will have to investigate bread rolls and have them with sum grated cheese

WALK To Bed

Then today I walked from the living room to my bedroom for my nap, no wheelchair and no walky stick

Getting Better

And it seems to me now that my "pissing every 15 minutes" illness has now completely left me. I was out t'other night had a pee then left to go out then sat there nodding my head and drinking for hours then didn't need the loo until I was leaving to come home hours later

Serious Shopping

So me and Ed went into Marksie's s'morning and bought another couple of pairs of trews and then were looking downstairs for summat to feed to Freya tomorrow night. Just good lord, I think I may have to shop for food in M&S more regularly

Yboting

Then we went and fetched that Toby chap who came down for a bit, did some washing, ate his food then left with still damp clothes to put on and go to the pictures tonight

More Shopping

Then we nipped to More Reason To Shop At... to stock up some longer term food, eg the curry ingredients that I am gonna feed my parents next Monday etc

Email Crisis

So when I came back from gym I looked at my PC. No email had been recieved from Ixion since I went out s'morning. Puzzled I pressed "Get Mail", still nowt. I looked at www.ixion.org.uk and there was loads in there.

Erm....

erm....

erm....

So I restarted my PC and switched back on Thunderbird and got 47 emails.

So phew, I wonder what the problem was?
