Then we popped to Iechyd Da to catch up with Clive's band and I was overly impressed. So I saw Julia's new Father-in-law and Naomi too, her Mother-in-law but he is a talented fscker, even if he is stuck in a wheelchair now

Ah, the windows look a lot cleaner now, GGtGG got stuck in. There are a few marks on them all that won't come off but generally they look so much cleaner

Classing

(Sigh) So I am off to the class at gym this afternoon. It was odd yesterday, whenever I had my FES on every step I took my right knee was locking back but last night when I was just wearing my shoes I was able to walk properly. So hopefully if my FES is put on "properly" I will be able to step

Right, I have got it on a couple of hours before we need it just so I have time to practice and I am capable of walking in it today without my right knee locking backwards, so hopefully that will continue.....

Well that went OK. My FES didn't make walking too difficult and  it just went as well as.....

Bite

"Give it a bite of my brains bandwidth" the chappy on R4 said at dinner time. Yes, he's thought about it....

Busy Morning.....

So s'morning we need to pop to Iechyd Da to pick up my veg, then onto Morrison's to get the rest of my shopping then.......

And then, after coming home to put my shopping away I popped to gym (Today again!!!) and did 3 and a bit KM of rowing. Oh it was fun but therapeutic so I can't complain too loudly

This was the thing I got confused with cycling and got off the bike after 3 KM t'other day.

So out of the blue today I was thinking about tobacco, rolling tobacco. Old Holborn and Golden Virginia were the popular brands but this was what I smoked (he said after much research online)

PhD Graduation

Then s'afternoon I had to watch, as the circs were too abrupt for me to get funds for a trip up there, I had to watch that Sam graduating. He was the first up after the introducer introduced them so about 4 minutes was all I had to watch but just wow etc

Foggy

And it has looked well foggy all day now, it's lunchtime and the sun hasn't cleared owt

And after an early lunch we are off to Aqua Fscking Aerobics. In my change of clothes to save us having to carry oodles.......

And didn't it go well. Me and Magic got out of the pool 10 minutes before the class was finished, she did say "Sick of me?" but we needed to get back so I can nap before watching Sam

Men's Shed-wards

Then tonight I am taking the sander I was lent to Ferryside Men's Shed to, hopefully, make more progress on making my little tably thing

Well that was that. It rained really heavily on the way over but was raining less by the time I got out of the car there. There weren't many folks there tonight but I finished (?) sanding the device, so next week we will try staining it with some of their stain then the week after I had better make some pictures to put on the top then we will cut down the perspex for the top

But Stupid came over there just to give me some Xmas pressies that Julia had given him to pass on, a pressie from Sam's Emma's Mum&Dad and a card from That Toby which made me a bit sentimental

Frozen Dinner

And I actually had to cook frozen food for dinner tonight as we had eaten all the "stuff" I made last Friday, I made na'an bread pizza on Thursdsay when I got the shopping. So one more night from freezer then I start cooking again

So s'morning I was told repeatedly that you are s'posed to do 10KM on the bike so I did it. It actually wasn't as boring as expected as I was playing solitaire on the screen in front of me. Actually I did 10.15 KM as the last game looked like I might be gonna win and I did so I had to stay conventrating and not climb off when finished.

So I have to head to a Headway meeting s'afternoon, to be beneficial in some way that still escapes me

Aargh, wasn't it fun. We were playing brain ache games again, although I did win one. With some assistance

It *Is* Winter

Brrr, it is fscking freezing today. We just popped to town to let Timmy buy a "on the wall calendar" and even with my jacket on over my shirt it was freezin' in town, glad to be home again, in the centrally heated house

Oh What Fun We Had

So, Sunday morning...... Well this week I had to do my washing on Sunday so listening to it now........ Dunno what we will do later, it feels a bit chilly today.......

Then we popped out to the local pub and it was actually busy-ish tonight. And most of the night we were talking to someone who works where I used to live, Leonard Cheshire Home, she was an outsider who had followed work here

Out S'morning

So we popped out today to the tip and bought a bag of organic compost (for £2.50) and just went a bit off track when we were coming back. So we actually passed the first house we lived in in Wales which is actually for sale now, no longer to rent.

Then s'afternoon we popped out again just to walk around town, so we walked up the newish shopping center etc

But that led me to think, "What do folks actually do with their time??"

Dinner #17

Well as my sense of taste is a bit fscked I cannot be sure but I thought this weeks "stuff" that we had for tea tonight was very delicious. And MM said praising things too. The main difference this week was that instead of Curly Kale I had bought an enormous chunk of Broccoli which makes me wanna say "Yum, yum"

So we headed to gym for my once a week class today. Yes, I have got less fit after a week off but I could still do stuff that I couldn't manage a fortnight ago.

And loading the email prog has lead to a message "It can't load, we are trying to fix it" but as I was so busy in and out of the kitchen I didn't have time to cry. And just as I finished cooking it has fixed itself
