Sigh

So after lunch we need to go to The Beautiful Sam's Class to see how cruel she can be for an hour.......

Aargh, no, Sam wasn't there, one of the senior staff had lost his wife, she died of some disease when she was in her 30's and Sam was at her funeral. So the almost as beautiful Chrissy was taking the class today and again I am slightly better at it than last week. There were some Chrissy exercises that Sam doesn't do but again I did them all.

Well, dun it so far

So far I have done the whole half a month's daily puzzles

Gymming

Then we headed to gym and today I did loads of rowing on the rowing machines

Shopping

So phew, the wind and rain had stopped this morning, so Timmy&I were able first thing to pop to Iechyd Da and get the organic veg without getting soaked or blown over. Then we headed to Morrison's to fetch the rest of the shopping. By which stage the rain had come back but we were in the shop quickly

Windy Last Night

When we were heading to bed last night it was well windy, GGtGG asked me if I thought he should bring in the hanging chimes (which I said "No" to BTW......), it was well windy over the bins that we had put out. Except that s'morning the bins had disappeared, GGtGG had to go and look for them, luckily they had only blown about 20m before getting stuck against summat, but scary

And this morning the wind has dropped, even the chimes are hardly chiming.....

First

But first we headed into town, 3 times round Lammas St before we found a free car park space then walked to Wilko (which now costs £1.60 to park at) and got a new bulb as one blew t'other day. You can no longer buy the same kind but the much more expensive, much more eco friendly bulb of the same size was available

GGtGG bought some bleach to keep my house clean while we were there

Utterly Cheerful

Oh so happy. So me and GGtGG need to head to Aqua Aerobics at lunchtime, the second swimming session this week.........

OK, it wasn't so bad. Yes hard work but I didn't have to be rescued from drowning today, I did it

Buzzing

And last night my PC started buzzing loads when I approached it. GGtGG said he recalled summat about my phone interfering, I took my phone out of my pocket and placed it on the window sill behind me and the 'puter had stopped it's really loud annoying buzzing noise.

It is OK now, the phone is back in my pocket and I am sat at my PC - no buzzing noise

Pay For Parking

So we need to pay for parking at the Docs/Chemist s'morning as we need to go to the Docs and pick up a script

Which we did, picked up my script and left. Then, before we came home, we went to gym and this week I actually did 10km of cycling which was hard work but I did it. I tried to claim I was too knackered to continue after 5km but he was having none of it

And someone with a similar postcode to mine won the "what's your postcode" lottery today

Springtime

So it is about 6 degrees warmer today but the weather forecaster says it is gonna be freezing again over the next few days

And as I can't find any excuses we are due to head to Waterworks in the pool s'afternoon

Just hoo-flippin'-ray

And wasn't it fun. But I did it. Although I did have to be rescued at one point, I was sitting on the woggle and fell over and I couldn't get my feet under me, so my head kept going under the water. I wasn't panicking, I was breathing in when my head was above surface but I needed to be grabbed and pulled on my feet by..... loadsa beautiful women, so I think I might get a reputation if I repeat my stunt too regularly

Cocoa

And I tried that Hot Chocolate that has been in my cupboard for a week and a half for the second time tonight and I was right last time, it is delicious

God Botherers Day

So I cooked s'morning for a couple of hours, then was able to switch the pan off and let it rest. So I have frozen some now and I think this will do "us" for the rest of the week

Off Out

And we are off out tonight to The Ffwrnes, Llanelli to see Sin-derella or somesuch adult Pantomime

Then we popped to Iechyd Da to catch up with Clive's band and I was overly impressed. So I saw Julia's new Father-in-law and Naomi too, her Mother-in-law but he is a talented fscker, even if he is stuck in a wheelchair now

Looks Better

Ah, the windows look a lot cleaner now, GGtGG got stuck in. There are a few marks on them all that won't come off but generally they look so much cleaner

Classing

(Sigh) So I am off to the class at gym this afternoon. It was odd yesterday, whenever I had my FES on every step I took my right knee was locking back but last night when I was just wearing my shoes I was able to walk properly. So hopefully if my FES is put on "properly" I will be able to step

Right, I have got it on a couple of hours before we need it just so I have time to practice and I am capable of walking in it today without my right knee locking backwards, so hopefully that will continue.....

Well that went OK. My FES didn't make walking too difficult and  it just went as well as.....

Bite

"Give it a bite of my brains bandwidth" the chappy on R4 said at dinner time. Yes, he's thought about it....
