Well I dun it. I don't know what my time was today but again I did it all in one go, no stops for breath.

But the computer thingy on the bike wasn't working today. I entered the URL but nowt came up. (I had to take a pic with my Samsung Mobile Phone as my camera was out of reach in my bag on the floor, my phone had the timer in so I could reach that)

Newbie

And as I was about to go to sleep it said 'New Firefox for your phone' so some time was spent setting it up etc. I think I might like it, tell you in the morning

So today there is no "Headway" meeting to get in the way and MightyMark's cold is better enuf so we will go to WaterWorks and have a drown s'afternoon

Oh wasn't it fun. For a start we were 3 minutes late at the start, I am blaming MM for that, but just everything else I am better at than last week. And we didn't do any of the exercise which caused me to nearly drown t'other week, which I was planning on not doing anyway just do some stretches or summat but I didn't need to

Hoovering

So I have just heard RoyG hoovering the whole house with the new hoover (Which actually is a Hoover) and judging by his comments afterwards the new hoover is a much better product than the nearly dead old one which we will give to GarethTheGit on Wednesday to drop at the tip on his way home

Yum Yum

So after napping I switched the saucepan of food back on (as I had remembered to switch it off when we went out today) and stuck a couple of spuds into bake so we had food much later and I must say it was delicious. So I have divided it up into a small saucepan for tomorrow and 3 packets to go in the freezer when it has cooled more but I am rather impressed, I hadn't tasted the food while it was cooking so I was rather pleased when it turned out to be delicious. (According to Roy, not me!!!)

After Lunch

So immediately after lunch me and RoyG popped out and looked in 3 stores for a new vacuum cleaner for the house. In the end we found one and Roy bought it.

THEN we popped to the Lyric Theater on King St and bought two tickets (Well I get mine free, my accompanier pays) to see the Dubliners in April which is nice

Peeling

Fark. So I have just peeled loadsa veg to make this weeks food and I did it all with my right hand. A few months ago I couldn't use my right hand, a few weeks ago I could use my right hand but it was slower, more difficult to do it.

Lordy, a big difference, I wouldn't even say it was more difficult using my right hand today. Today I just peeled the veg.

And we need to go to my only Sam's class at gym in a bit.....

And during the class MM was sat at the back of the room and said afterwards that 2 separate people had told him how impressively they thought I was doing.....

First Things First

So first things we popped to the Chiropractor on Lammas St and she cut loads off my toenails, as usual. We have another appointment in 7 weeks

More Iechyd Da-ing

So we went back to Iechyd Da in the evening and arrived too early as we do every month. We had (Veggie) Scotch Broth kind of unusual dinner as it was Burns night and by then some musos started to arrive. I was rather impressed, I thought there was a good range of talented folk and it was busy enough that they should make a profit but they weren't tonight, they were fundraising for those now homeless folk, selling food for them and having a collection

Ouch

And I did notice after getting off the rowing machine today that my FES was hurting more than usual (as always) but I just tried to not turn it down and after about half an hour it just felt normal again

Stressfull in't morning

So in't morning I have to take off my sockings and just put on "no FES" boots and head off into town early and go for a toenail chop

And in't morning Timmy has said he will phone my Dr and make an appt for my testosterone jab

Busy Morning

So we have a busy morning, to Iechyd Da to pick up my veg, to MoreReasonsToShopAt... to get the rest of my shopping then off to gym to do gord nose what (Ask Timmy!!)

And we will be back at Iechyd Da tonight for a folk night, a fundraiser as they are trying to help out some good cause whose alternative house burned down over Christmas

Well that went OK. The veg order was complete this week, so we didn't have to get any extra MoreReasonsTo.... goods but that went fine too. After coming here to put it away (and pay for the organic order) we headed over to gym and got stuck into the rowing machine. Again I feel that I am getting better every week but an old chap that has seen my in't gym for 3 or 4 years did comment to that effect today, which was nice

Then after lunch I did the washing up as we are heading back to Iechyd Da for a fundraiser folk night

Haven't Started Yet

And I haven't started reading the article I put online with the title Hmmmmm, dunno want to read it but will have to wait until I am in a more suitable mood

Savers

Then after my nap we headed out to Savers to fetch some 1lt size mouthwash as they are the only place I can find the big bottles in Carmarthen. While we were there I picked up more "healthy option" toothpaste

No, while being bored near my PC later I found that Boots sell it too. But the same sized container costs 61p more 

Aquatically

Well wasn't it fun he said sarcastically. She was doing some different exercises but I was still well too nervous to do "sitting on and moving sideways" exercises because it was doing one of these which caused me to try and drown last week

One of the women who rescued me was there too, I pointed out the enormous bruise that is still on my upper arm 10 days after the disaster but she said "I was grabbing your left arm, honest, it wasn't me"

Team Meeting

So there is a "Team Meeting" happening here s'morning, followed by Aqua Aerobics.

Just good lord....

Sigh. Well they did the meeting quick enough that I could go and have my early lunch and go to Aqua Fscking Aerobics. Bitter tears

Drier

And after pouring down with rain all morning it has brightened up now so I think we will head over to 'Mens-shed' tonight

OK it has not "brightened up" now as it's dark but I think we will head over

Oh and didn't it go well. There were a lot fewer of us which actually helped me when we were in the back having a brew. I did more sanding, I think I have done all that I can with the sander, it's just down to sandpaper now, which "they" supply. I think another week or 2 sanding then we get on to the coating. THEN the decorating and cutting the top to fit
