Well, yesterday I thought "The floor needs sweeping" but as I was walking everywhere I couldn't manage it. Today I am in a wheelchair so I swept the floor. Then I got the little dustpan and brush which is usually a struggle to use, with the dust pan balanced on one foot etc.
BUT today I swept with my right hand for the first time in 7¼ years. It wasn't fully effective but I managed, I did it!!
