So this morning all 3 of my MOS came round and we all set off for Cardiff. When we arrived there a couple of hours later Denyse came and met me and
we went to a pub for lunch. All other 3 went off to the cycling practice place which was why we were here and learned how to accompany me while I sat and talked about me getting better with that Denyse lass. Eventually they came back, we all talked for a bit then said "Ta ra" and we headed west again
