And we (me and Ed) are off to the
gym (noisy video) in a bit, hope it's more exciting than usual...... OK, it is doing me loads of good but it isn't very much fun
And it was as much fun as usual but I did what asked, and I was able to cycle for 10 mins today, it wasn't as busy
