An ad had placed itself/been placed on the front page of my Blog. I looked, tried to eliminate it, reset my PC and went for a bath.A number of other procedures were followed, each with a restart until at last one worked. There is still a small band at the top of http://hippoin.blogspot.co.uk/ which says 'Ads by...' but there are no ads
It was still there.
