So today instead of going to the gym we are
gonna see if
the footpath just down the road is accessible. In case it isn't Alex is
gonna push my wheelchair next to me, as neither of us
has been before but
it looks good.
Another adventure....
And oh my wasn't it excellent. Rough stone surface, some muddy bits, not tarmac, up and down but I managed it all no problem. I enjoyed being out and about and came back feeling a little smug
