So we went to gym at lunchtime. It was busy but not overly so. Today I was, amongst other stuff, doing the lifting weights straight upwards and as I did 2 then waited for a minute I could actually do 10 in total but it amazed me how much stronger/more flexible my right arm has got, I was able to lift it about 98% of the distance I lifted my left arm
