So first of all we nipped to Aardvark. There were no parking spaces outside
so we parked up the street in Wilko's back car park. I got out of the car and
set off walking, all the way down the street, across the road then into Aardvark. I got my shopping and walked back to the car.
I came back and again walked everywhere to put it in various cupboards. So I was exhausted but in about 10 minutes it was time to head for gym
