Exercise IS Good For Me

So today I started the new "get even fitter" routine thought up by gord nose who. So I went and did my weekly class @ gym, stretching, walking, bending, more walking etc, as usual on a Friday.
Then (the new thing) as I left that I went and got on a bike and did 10 minutes cycling because...... dunno what the official reason is but it is s'posed to make me even fitter
And it wasn't too hard, no doubt by next week they will sat "Cycle all the time" or summat
