And we are off to do summat with Sara The Physio, dunno what/where we are gonne walk, she is gonna phone me in 10 minutes for a conference/perhaps say "Meet me here".....

And we went off to the National Botanic Gardens. I went there without my wheelchair this time and walked from the parked car, through the entrance and all the way up the hill to the glasshouse. I think if I had had my 'chair about 20 mins before we walked up I would have cried "Enuf" but as I had no 'chair and I wanted to get there I just walked on. Flippin exhausted afterwards but I did it

AND I did mention to Sara how my memory is still getting better and better, it would just have been SexySara last year but....
