In a few minutes we are off to the swimming pool......Well it went OK. Did my exercises then another 2 lengths breaststroke (with my flippers). It went OK in the pool but when we came out we had to wait 15 mins for a disabled changing room and even then we had to go in the small, not enough room to function, room
