So Mark is off s'morning after his first 'on your own' shift and he hasn't done
too badly. He had to be told "No, do it like this...." about a couple of items but he eg did the washing up carefully etc and he listened to my criticisms so hopefully he won't be too bad. And he knew about the jobs I have waiting for him but was too busy yesterday to get stuck in....
