So doing my hamstring exercises every day, I have been doing them for months and my right hamstring is still fscked. OK, I can now move it an inch further back than I used to be able to but it is still  6-8 inches less movement than in the left leg. So is that my situation now, I am mostly better so just struggle on with improving the rest so slowly
