- So first thing s'morning I headed down to Caffi Iechyd Da(1) to pick up my organic goodies.
- Then on the way home we popped into Morrison's and bought the remainder of my shopping for the week.
- So we brought those home, packed it all away then popped down to gym. Where we were doing various exercises mainly on my upper arms today to see if we can stop it aching
