So s'morning we had to pop into the Drs for an appointment. They said "Someone had written to them" but on asking Anthony had said "Check that Neil is still alive" so we were there for about 2 minutes but they will still send my funds or summat
So then, as we hadn't gone swimming because of the appt GGtGG said "So we better pop to the gym" which we did. 4 machines then 5 minutes on the upstairs machine
