Pyle s'afternoon....... I hope she will be impressed with my improvements but I am sure she will push me some more
And we are on the way now, nearly reached the M4
And no, shock to the system, it wasn't Sara but a physio called Rhyan who was doing strange stuff with my right arm, attaching it to a FES style device,
an AvivaStim, and wriggling it, and I could do a bit of wriggling by myself. Lordy, even by the end of the session I could feel an improvement, but there is still a long way to go
