So s'morning first we have to head down to the toenail chopper in Carmarthen. Then we need to come back here, pick veg &c and have an early lunch.
Then get changed into tomorrows clothes and my swimming trunx, put the old clothes onto wash then go to an Aqua Aerobics class.
Then s'evening that Freya is coming to visit me, as she is back from u=Uni for a few months
