So today first of all we need to pop into town
and buy another electric toothbrush (as the old one died) and while we are there we might as well buy more mouthwash. (1)

Then we will pop to the organic veggie restaurant on Lammas St where we are due to meet up with Ruth to have a catchup lunch. I used to see her loads years ago so I/we need to catch up that habit

Lordy, that was nice. We have provisionally agreed to meet every once in a while and have lunch. She also invited me to her house in the evening. Which would be worthwhile but feel a bit strange on so many levels
