And I had loading randomly the webpage from the
gas engineer who came here today. Looking at a second page there is a picture at the top of the page which stays still while the rest of the page is moved around.
Very very crazy, it stays still while the page moves around it.
I looked into it somewhat, I think it is a JavaScript function, that is enough for me to stop looking. Anybody got a clue as to how it's done?
