Which "we" did. There were no parking spaces on King St and there was no-one following us so Timmy parked mid-road and ran down to Iechyd Da. While he was away I saw a big red van coming behind us, it stopped about a hundred yards away, put on it's hazard lights and started unloading summat. Phew
Then we did Morrison's and came back, put it away then went back to gym to do my 3.25km row. And it was still too hot to do it fast, even in the air conditioned gym
And again I went to gym with no FES fitting because when I am there I don't use them and they would be sitting on my leg making me sweat and be uncomfortable so better off just not wearing them
