Passport

And me and Timmy before we headed gymwards popped into Tesco  where a photographer took my pic several times, checked them onscreen and printed 4 copies of the best, passport sized. We paid for the prints but they also gave me a ref number which was all we had to tell them at Passport Office, they said they will send a new passport to this address after we filled in an online form and posted them back my old copy of my old passport too.

And paid them £75 too, petty cash paid it luckily

Gymming

So then today we went back to doing rowing at gym, three and a quarter kilometers. What fun

Back To It

So as I was back on my normal routine first think we popped down to Iechyd Da to fetch the organic veg which I had had to order early before I had gone away to Belfast. After that we popped to More Reasons To Shop At....

Free Buns

So on the way to the airport today we stopped off for a brew and a bun. I ate bun and walked up to the counter and said "Can you tell whoever made the bun that 'I want to marry them'"

5 mins later he set a tray in front of me and said "They said thank you and to give you an extra" and there were 2 free buns in the wrapper 

Tara

So in the morning we popped out to Donaghadee where my Mum's brother useda live and had a therapeutic long walk, then headed back to hotel where we had lunch then I had shower and a nap before meeting up with my Dad at the airport

Party Time

Then later in the day loads of my family came here and we had a party for my birthday which was most enjoyable

Dad's

So we popped over to my brother Gareth's s'morning, picked him up and carried on to my Dad's. From there we popped out somewhere and had lunch

Arrived

So we got to the hotel, unpacked and bathed sorry showered (which was a bit scary but I managed even stepping up to get in) and now I am napping before we gave dinner then the family arrive

And we have just driven all the way to England without stopping for a pee

On The Way

So we are en-route to Belfast

Brighter

And how much brighter has it got later at night last few weeks........

Mañana

So I have to get up extra early tomorrow as we are leaving about 8.15 to head all the way to Bristol Airport as we are flying to Belfast to see my Dad

Scared

So I have had to decide to not wear my FES quite so much. Like not for 18 hours a day like I have been for a few days. 'Cos it is getting sore and spotty

But by tomorrow it looks loads better, all the red has gone etc

Packing

Then after lunch we packed all my clothes and my new FES pads etc to take with me to Belfast on Monday. The only thing we have to add is my Asthma Inhaler and my Phone Charger, it is all packed apart from that

Coffee Meeting

So s'morning we went to a "have coffee and cake" meeting in Carmarthen where I didn't have a coffee but hot chocolate and cake which was nice. They are a really friendly group who it was easy to talk to for a couple of hours

Move It

Then RoyGBiv brought in some bits so he was able to fit them to the chair in my bedroom so we could then move it into the kitchen and stick it in the usual chair position as we can now move it etc silently, well with a lot less noise

Got It/Them

And then s'afternoon 'they' txted me to say "They have arrived, all of them" so we had to pop to the Chemist Next Door To The Doctors On King St and pick up my new sockings which I will be able to take to Belfast with me

Sam's Class

Then we went to Sam's Class at the gym for the usual Friday workout and it went well. Except that she said Gaynor(?) is gonna have to take the class next week as she will be working away

Pooh

And today I am sh*t*ing myself as on Monday morning we have to get up early and head for Bristol to the airport to head to Belfast

And I saw 1 of my neighbors t'other Day and they said that the local pub has gone upmarket selling good food so we will try it again

OK, dunno if it was upmarket but we had an enjoyable feast tonight
