FESless

So I spent the day with no FES on but trying to walk loads without my 'stick. Dunno, "they" recommended I wear it all the time so it is back on tonight

Chocolate

So last week Morrison's donated a bar of chocolate to me as it was my birthday. Very kind, good marketing etc. But I ate it yesterday. Compared to the bar of Green&Blacks that I buy every week it just tasted rubbish, not half as nice

Rain In My Favour

So MM had planned to go off beach cleaning s'morning whereas I had planned to say "No can do, I am cooking the weeks food today, a casserole" but as it happened it is raining s'morning here, so that put a block on beach cleaning plan

Phew

Playing For Ages

And tonight I watched a whole game of rugby, all 80 minutes of it. Ulster vs The Ospreys, I suspect it was played yesterday but I watched it tonight

Aargh

Dunno what to say (noisy video)

Not Very Exciting

But I succeeded in putting a video on Facebook

Walkies

So we went to town s'morning and just walked about for ages, then round the corner and uphill and back etc

It Fits

And I tried on my suit today which we took out of the back of the wardrobe so I can wear it to Sam's wedding next month, and much to my surprise it still fits. So Timmy is gonna lend me a tie and my suit, shirt and shoes all fit

And I glanced at one of my pages on my phone today and it was all wrong. So I needed to do another version and find out how to switch between automatically to stop my needing 2 links. Which I did need for about 20 minutes

Samless

Then after an early lunch we had a gym lesson, but Sam wasn't there to teach us today instead the scary lady who occasionally takes a class some other day of the week, Gaynor, was taking it today

And she worked us very hard again

Apparently Sam is off at some local "care home for the elderly" teaching balance exercises

Drs

And as soon as he had finished mopping Timmy phoned the Drs and said "Can we talk about prostate with you, please" and they have made an appointment in about 20 minutes

Oh what fun. So we got to see the Dr, Timmy explained the issue, he stuck his finger up my arse, said there was no issue there, gave us a ref to go to the hospital for a checkup next week and said tara

On the way out we made an appointment for my testosterone jab in a fortnight

Spillage

And I was getting my breakfast s'morning, made a pot of coffee and went to get my muesli, lifted the bowl, it slipped and knocked the coffee pot over, much spillage. "Timmy...." but he wasn't up yet, he had gone back to sleep..... But at least I am now good enuf at balance and holding stuff in both hands to carry my bowl in one hand and hold my walky stick in the other

At lunchtime I was nervous filling the tray but it was fine, I didn't spill anything

Passport

And me and Timmy before we headed gymwards popped into Tesco  where a photographer took my pic several times, checked them onscreen and printed 4 copies of the best, passport sized. We paid for the prints but they also gave me a ref number which was all we had to tell them at Passport Office, they said they will send a new passport to this address after we filled in an online form and posted them back my old copy of my old passport too.

And paid them £75 too, petty cash paid it luckily

Gymming

So then today we went back to doing rowing at gym, three and a quarter kilometers. What fun

Back To It

So as I was back on my normal routine first think we popped down to Iechyd Da to fetch the organic veg which I had had to order early before I had gone away to Belfast. After that we popped to More Reasons To Shop At....

Free Buns

So on the way to the airport today we stopped off for a brew and a bun. I ate bun and walked up to the counter and said "Can you tell whoever made the bun that 'I want to marry them'"

5 mins later he set a tray in front of me and said "They said thank you and to give you an extra" and there were 2 free buns in the wrapper 

Tara

So in the morning we popped out to Donaghadee where my Mum's brother useda live and had a therapeutic long walk, then headed back to hotel where we had lunch then I had shower and a nap before meeting up with my Dad at the airport

Party Time

Then later in the day loads of my family came here and we had a party for my birthday which was most enjoyable

Dad's

So we popped over to my brother Gareth's s'morning, picked him up and carried on to my Dad's. From there we popped out somewhere and had lunch

Arrived

So we got to the hotel, unpacked and bathed sorry showered (which was a bit scary but I managed even stepping up to get in) and now I am napping before we gave dinner then the family arrive
