Gymming

And me and Timmy went to gym s'morning and I did loadsa lifting exercises etc then 20 minutes on the bike. And just wow in lifting exercises, one exercise I used to be just able to do 6 or 9 repeats (in 3 sessions, with a rest between) now I can do 10 each session and my right arm is lifting about as much as my left arm. Improvement
