When coming back out of the swimming pool I flicked myself backwards in the seat. It didn't tip, summat works

Then eventually we are nipping out for a fscking swim in the pool later.

And we did it, went into the pool, thought it looked busy, waited while Timmy fetched floats etc then got into an almost empty pool. Dunno if we are notorious or what but as soon as we arrived nearly everyone else left. But I did 2 lengths on my back and 2 lengths in the breast stroke style

Then I emailed my Drs and ordered another load of rub on my tits cream

Busyness

Then my busyness continued with GorgeousGreta coming to cut my nails, I had thought she would arrive at the same time as the wheelchair fixer but as he was soooooo early she didn't

Early Start

And before Timmy even got here for 10am the fixer of chairs had arrived, taken my wheelchair outside and fitted the new don't fall over backwards tools. The ones he came to fit a fortnight ago and didn't have the right nuts for etc. But it is now fixed

Out

So as we had no shopping today we just went out for a walk around (OK, I was pushed) around Carmarthen and we got an ice cream from the little stall in town

Unexpected Shopping

So Ed was working today, he had promised me that he would bring food and cook it tonight but he hadn't so we had to nip to Morrisons and get some, I thought I hay as well shop today instead of tomorrow for next week so did that too

Twinge

And as I sat down to have my breakfast s'morning I felt a twinge from one of my buttocks, good lord, that's where I had the injection yesterday. The fact that it is so forgettable shows you how healthy/well-injected it was yesterday....

Sneaky Shop

Then s'afternoon we nipped to Farm Foods and got some more frozen food and Ben And Jerry's Ice Cream

Gymming

And we nipped to gym later and we're nearly alone as at the start of the class there was me and 2 other students and by he end there was me and 3 students. But it went well, I worked hard etc

And Sam commented again about how much slimmer I look now, I said "But my weight is hardly going down", she said "Yes, but the fat is turning into muscle"....

Hectic Morning

So first thing today we head over to the doctors for my Testosterone jab then over to Aardvark for my shopping, then to gym for the only class I do in the week then back here for lunch

So I went and had my jab s'morning which was more anticipation than pain, but not much, it did hurt but it's done

Then we went off to Aardvark, left my 'chair in the car and did my weeks shopping. AND we had time to come home and put the shopping away before gym, as we weren't too late at the Drs, half an hour wait then 20 mins session

Gymming

And me and Timmy went to gym s'morning and I did loadsa lifting exercises etc then 20 minutes on the bike. And just wow in lifting exercises, one exercise I used to be just able to do 6 or 9 repeats (in 3 sessions, with a rest between) now I can do 10 each session and my right arm is lifting about as much as my left arm. Improvement

Drowning

And we went swimming and I did more exercises and stuff but still managed 4 lengths on my back.

At one point I was stuck, in trouble but GGtGG managed to stop me even getting a mouthful so I shouldn't be too rude/vulgar to him later.

As difficult as that seems......

And we are off to do summat with Sara The Physio, dunno what/where we are gonne walk, she is gonna phone me in 10 minutes for a conference/perhaps say "Meet me here".....

And we went off to the National Botanic Gardens. I went there without my wheelchair this time and walked from the parked car, through the entrance and all the way up the hill to the glasshouse. I think if I had had my 'chair about 20 mins before we walked up I would have cried "Enuf" but as I had no 'chair and I wanted to get there I just walked on. Flippin exhausted afterwards but I did it

AND I did mention to Sara how my memory is still getting better and better, it would just have been SexySara last year but....

Back To Normal

Right, the "relaxing" weekend is over, back to struggling on......

So first of all we nipped to Morrisons and bought salad and bread rolls (for lunch) and bugger all else.

Next we are off to drowning/swimming pool....

And we went to the pool, did various stretch your muscles exercises, 2 lengths on my back and 2 lengths in the breast stroke stylee

Just One Copy

And I posted on Ixion tonight and just received one copy of it, so it wasn't an accident yesterday that it worked

Cutting

And as Ed is working today too I got a haircut.....

Another Bothersome Day

And I woke up s'morning convinced that Gorgeous Greta is coming to cut my toenails tomorrow so I'd better go and get sum cash to pay her but on reflection (Looking at my PC) she isn't due to next Monday

Last Night

I sent this to BT "I receive 2 copies of every mail I post to the list. So if I go into my preferences and tell it NOT to send me a copy of messages, will I still receive the "normal Ixie" post but not a duplicate copy of does that mean that I will never see my own posts to the list?

How do I fix it, please?" but today I just tried it, posted a testy to the list and just received one copy. How long has that been puzzling me.......
